To register two or more Students: Select number of weeks for each Student below, click "Add to Cart" and then in PayPal Shopping Cart checkout change the QUANTITY to match the number of students and click "Update". Please enter all Student Names and Ages on this form.

Select Payment in Full or Deposit Payment below. With a deposit, balance is due BEFORE start of first session. (Balance due will NOT be shown on checkout. You will receive a separate invoice.) Payment is via PayPal checkout. Pay by Credit Card or PayPal Account. You may register for several different programs in the same shopping cart, and then pay once for everything.
